Creamy Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
April 1, 2013
I don't know about you, but I have a love-hate relationship with Greek Yogurt. I love it because it's so healthy for me, yet I hate it plain, but then I love to put it in all sorts of foods, yet I hate when it expires before I get a chance to use it. It's a vicious cycle.
In my search for delicious greek yogurt recipes, I came across this beauty at fitsugar.com. I made a few moderations to it, adding some more honey to sweeten out the greek yogurt, as well as adding some cool whip to make it extra fluffy! And who doesn't love cool whip? My little brother and I when we were kids used to play secret spies and we would duck around the house in order to covertly arrive at the freezer so we could sneak some cool whip. Now if this stuff was at our house when I was a kid, I would have been ducking behind corners so I could snatch this stuff away for my own lip-smacking goodness! No fruit necessary, it's that good. I won't have any prejudice feelings against you if you feel like eating this with nothing but your finger. So here you go.
Creamy Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
-One 5.3 oz Greek Yogurt Container - Vanilla Flavor
-2 Tbls Peanut Butter
-1 Tbls Honey
-3 Tbls Cool Whip
-1/8-1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1. Gather ingredients
2. Empty greek yogurt into a container with a lid so that you don't have to switch containers when you want to refrigerate the leftovers
3. Add peanut butter, honey, cool whip, and cinnamon
4. Mix all ingredients together, a spoon mixes it just fine, and enjoy with apples or bananas or whatever fruit you think it will taste good with

What are some ways you like to enjoy your greek yogurt? Do you have a favorite fruit dip?
